Context
Why structure matters over a long term
Over a term measured in years the property has to survive more than a burglary. It has to survive hurricane seasons, storm surge, humidity, and power loss. The vault has come through every season since 1983 without an asset lost — but the structure is only half of it. The other half is making sure someone can still reach the box.Continuity of access →
Tour it before you refer anyone.
Tours are private and by appointment. You will see the vault door, the man-trap entry, and the box sizes in person. No account relationship is required to visit.
