Not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide any service. Availability, specifications and pricing may change. A binding arrangement exists only on a written agreement signed by both parties.
Not a bank
Florida Intervault LLC is a private vault facility. It does not take deposits, does not lend, and offers no banking service. Stored contents are not FDIC insured — no vault contents anywhere are, including in a bank branch. Contents coverage is available separately through Lloyd's of London and is arranged with you rather than assumed.
Not a security agency
Where a site of ours describes transport, note that we are not a licensed security agency. We do not provide armed personnel or armored vehicles and nothing on any of our sites should be read as offering them. Transit coverage is arranged and confirmed in writing before each movement, based on a value you declare. No figure published on a website is a promise of coverage.
No advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, insurance or investment advice, and no page creates a professional relationship. Insurance and estate examples are illustrative. Speak to your own adviser about your own position.
Legal process
We honour valid subpoenas and court orders, and we do not offer anonymous or unrecorded arrangements. See the privacy policy.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct. Specifications, ratings, drive times and pricing are given in good faith for orientation and may change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, imagery and code of this site are the property of Florida Intervault LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent. Our name and marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
